Every voice belongs in the record.
Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on May 30, 2026. Videos must be between 2 and 7 minutes. Accepted formats include common phone video formats such as MP4 and MOV. One entry per participant. Videos should be original and appropriate for a general audience.
Submitted videos must not promote illegal behavior, violate privacy rights, include copyrighted material without permission, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain content prohibited by law.
Incomplete submissions may be disqualified. Conversations in Color reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with official submission requirements. Selected winners will be notified by email and recognized during the Juneteenth livestream. Award recipients must claim their award within 7 days of notification. Shipping of the official winner plaque is provided at no cost to the recipient and may be sent to a home address, business address, or designated UPS pickup location.
